Please contact support@tcgmon.com for any issues regarding your order. Any trading card singles, purchased and shipped as "First Class Mail" will not be eligible for refund, buyer assumes any and all risk of their order being lost or damaged while in transit. Items shipped First Class, are not eligible for refunds under most circumstances.
